USA. Judge OKs Nudity at San Onofre’s Trail 6

The judge has spoken: Beachgoers at San Onofre’s State Beach Trail 6 can leave the bathing suit in the beach bag. The ruling from Judge Sheila Fell of the Orange County Superior Court came in at the end of the day Wednesday, August 27. In June, the California State Parks started warning beachgoers at Trail 6 at San Onofre State Beach—an unofficial nude beach—that clothing would soon be required. The plan was to ban nude sunbathing after Labor Day, but the Naturist Action Committee and the Friends of San Onofre State Beach filed a lawsuit against the California State Parks in July and put a hold on that action plan.
